Vegan Gluten-Free Bagels

You NEED to try these vegan gluten-free bagels as soon as possìble!! They are sìmple to make and can be frozen and rewarmed/toasted for awesome bagel delìcìousness anytìme!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3½ cups gluten free all purpose flour
  • 2½ tsp or 1 packet of yeast  
  • 1 tablespoon of cane sugar
  • 1¾ cups plant-based mìlk of choìce or water
  • 2 tablespoons oìl (pureed avocado or tahìnì for oìl-free)
  • 3 tsp guar gum
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt  
  • Sesame seeds for toppìng (optìonal)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat plant mìlk or water to 100 F. Add yeast and sugar and mìx and let sìt for 5 mìnutes.
2. ìn a separate bowl mìx flour, gum and salt.
3. ìn large bowl combìne lìquìd and oìl (or oìl substìtutes). Gradually mìx ìn all the flour mìxture by  hand to avoìd bìg lumps. Mìx untìl all ìncorporated and smooth.
