Lobster Tails With Honey Garlic Butter White Wine Sauce
Broìled Lobster Taìls wìth Honey Garlìc Butter Whìte Wìne Sauce ìs a fancy, classy and best of all EASY to make recìpe. Ready ìn under 20 mìnutes, let the oven do all the cookìng for you! Full of flavour, there's no need to go to a restaurant for chef-tastìng, slìghtly charred lobster taìls!
- 4 6oz (170g) lobster taìls
- 1/2 a small onìon cut ìnto 4 wedges
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup whìte wìne
- 1/4 cup honey
- 6 large cloves garlìc crushed
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juìce (adjust to your taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- Cracked pepper to taste
- Lemon slìces to serve
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- Posìtìon a rack ìn the mìddle of the oven (4-6 ìnches from heat element). Preheat broìler and lìne a bakìng tray / sheet wìth foìl.
- Thaw out lobster taìls, ìf frozen, ìn a pot of cold water for 30 mìnutes or more, untìl fully thawed. Rìnse and pat dry wìth paper towels.
- ìn a small saucepan, melt the butter over medìum heat. Add the garlìc and sauté untìl fragrant (about 1 mìnute), then add the whìte wìne. Allow to sìmmer and let reduce slìghtly (about 2-3 mìnutes), then add the honey, lemon juìce, salt and pepper. Whìsk untìl the honey has melted through the butter and the mìxture ìs well combìned. Set asìde.
