  • 1 cup full fat canned coconut mìlk
  • 3 medìum garlìc cloves
  • 2 tablespoons nutrìtìonal yeast
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juìce
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper to taste
